RETURNS

It is always possible that a purchase is not in accordance with your expectations,
or that you notice that the items are damaged on arrival
In all these cases you can exchange or return your purchase

You must always inform us of this in writing (via e-mail to logistiek@incluyo.be)
within 8 days from the day following the delivery
Let us know if it is an exchange or a return
State the order number and the reason for the return (too large, too small, damaged, not as expected, …)
Exchange or return shipments that are not reported in advance will NOT be refunded!

Return the item undamaged and in the original packaging

We will send you a new item (if the item is still in stock) or refund the returned item
within 10 days of receiving the return shipment
Shipping costs, made by us or by you, are not refunded,
so you will receive the purchase price minus the amount of the shipping costs

You send return shipments to: Incluyo, Evenbroekveld 34, 9420 Erpe-Mere

The return shipment is at your own risk
