Luxury Packaging Account Manager (B2B) for the East and West Flanders region


We are a growing player in the luxury packaging sector with a strong presence in the retail market. From our showroom in Erpe-Mere and our in-house design studio in Antwerp, we develop custom packaging concepts—each one designed to help brands stand out.
We are looking for a driven sales professional for the East and West Flanders region to help us drive our commercial growth.

Your role

  • You will develop and manage key accounts (retail and corporate)
  • You build lasting relationships and contribute ideas as a consultant, not as a salesperson
  • You’ll work with our design team in Antwerp to translate customer needs into creative, customized packaging solutions
  • You manage both long and short sales cycles and closely track opportunities

Who We're Looking For

  • You are driven and have strong business acumen, with several years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in the field)
  • You don't have a 9-to-5 mindset and are willing to go the extra mile
  • You have an interest in fashion, retail, or branding
  • You feel comfortable in conversations at various levels (from marketing to executive management)
  • You're a natural networker and relationship builder
  • You think strategically and have a consultative sales style
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is a plus
