Incluyo sends its parcels with PostNL and GLS
Upon shipment, you will receive a track and trace number from us that allows you to track your shipment
We ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before noon will ship the same day, or be processed the next day.
Delivery will be the next day
Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg and France:
- Orders under €250 (excluding VAT and shipping costs) will be charged a €12 shipping and handling fee.
- Deliveries over €250 (excluding VAT and shipping costs) will be delivered to your home free of charge
Abroad
Shipping and handling fees are charged for deliveries abroad depending on the country.
It is always possible that a purchase may not meet your expectations,
or you may find upon arrival that the items are damaged.
In all these cases, you can exchange or return your purchase.
You must always notify us in writing (via e-mail to logistiek@incluyo.be)
within 8 days from the day following the delivery
Let us know if it is an exchange or a return
Mention the order number and the reason for the return (too big, too small, damaged, not as expected, ...)
Exchanges or returns that have not been notified in advance will NOT be refunded!
Please return the item undamaged and in its original packaging.
We will send you a new item (if the item is still in stock) or refund the returned item
within 10 days of receiving the return
Shipping costs, incurred by us or you, are not refunded,
so you will receive the purchase price minus the amount of shipping costs
Return shipments should be sent to: Incluyo, Evenbroekveld 34, 9420 Erpe-Mere.
